个人简介/Profile
四川天府峨眉计划创业领军人才、四川农业大学校学术委员会委员、中国农业生物化学与分子生物学学会副秘书长、四川省科技青年联合会常务理事、四川省植物病理学会理事,长期从事植物小肽信号机理及其应用研究和人才培养工作。2010年于香港中文大学获得博士学位,2011-2014年分别于香港中文大学与哈佛医学院从事博士后研究,2014年进入四川农业大学从事教学科研工作。从事科研工作以来,先后主持国家人力资源和社会保障部高层次留学人才回国工作资助(该年度四川省唯一获得人选)、霍英东基金会青年教师基金、四川省杰出青年基金等省部级项目7项,主研获教育部自然科学奖二等奖1项。在Plant Cell、Trends in Plant Science、Plant Journal、Plant Physiology、Journal of Experimental Botany等国内外学术期刊发表论文30余篇。

Engaged in developing efficient and safe targeted peptide pesticides, establishing a green control theory and application system for plant diseases with peptides at the core, aiming to reduce the use of chemical pesticides, ensure food security, protect life health, and maintain ecological balance.

科研团队简介/Research Group
本人为“小肽农药分子设计与作用机制”团队负责人,团队成员4人。团队以国家“两减”战略为导向,开发高效安全具备不同功能的靶向小肽农药,建立以小肽为核心的植物病虫害绿色防控理论和应用体系,以期降低化学农药的使用量,保障粮食安全、生命健康和生态平衡。本研究组利用计算生物学、分子生物学、组学以及合成生物学技术围绕以下两个方向开展研究:一、调控植物抗病、抗逆和发育的小肽信号挖掘及机理阐释。二、新型小肽类生物农药的研制。团队研究成果发表于J. Exp. Bot.,J. Agric. Food Chem.,Mol. Plant Pathol.等期刊。团队主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、霍英东教育基金会青年教师基金1项、四川省杰出青年基金等省部级科研项目10余项,申请中美发明专利6项,并初步实现成果转化。课题组常年招聘科研助理、博士后、青年研究员和青年教师,欢迎具有计算生物学、合成生物学、分子生物学、植物保护等专业背景的硕博士研究生和博士后联系。
In alignment with the national "two reductions" strategy, our research team is dedicated to the development of multifunctional, efficient, and safe targeted small peptide pesticides. We are committed to constructing a comprehensive green prevention and control framework for plant diseases, centered on small peptides, with the ultimate goal of diminishing the reliance on chemical pesticides. Our efforts are geared towards safeguarding food security, preserving life health, and maintaining ecological equilibrium.Utilizing an interdisciplinary approach, our research group integrates computational biology, molecular biology, omics technologies, and synthetic biology to advance our investigative pursuits in two primary domains: (1)Discovery and Mechanistic Elucidation of Small Peptide Signals;(2)Development of Novel Peptide Biopesticides. Our scholarly contributions have been recognized through publications in esteemed journals such as J. Exp. Bot., J. Agric. Food Chem., Mol. Plant Pathol.. The team has successfully managed over 10 provincial and ministerial-level scientific research projects, including three projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, the Young Teachers Fund from the Henry Fok Education Foundation, and the Sichuan Outstanding Youth Fund. Furthermore, we have filed for six invention patents in both China and the United States, marking a significant step towards the commercialization and practical application of our research outcomes.
