科研团队简介
水产动物养殖受到温度、水体致病微生物等多种环境因素的影响,研究环境因素对鱼类养殖健康的影响及鱼类适应性调节机制对提高养殖效益至关重要。本研究团队聚焦鱼类耐高温的代谢响应机制及环境-免疫的互作机制,采用生物信息学、组织病理学、分子生物学等相关实验技术,开展(1)鲟鱼代谢响应高温环境的机制和(2)鱼类免疫分子介导环境-免疫互作的信号调节网络研究,为解决养殖健康问题和培育优质品种提供理论参考。
