个人简介
主要从事植物资源评价与系统进化。以第一作者在《Plant Biology》、《Plant Molecular Biology Reporter》、《Genetic Resources and Crop Evolution》、《Mitochondrial DNA》、《Mitochondrial DNA Part B Resources》、《Frontiers in Plant Science》、《园艺学报》、《果树学报》、《植物遗传与资源学报》以及《遗传》等刊物发表研究论文10余篇。获得国家发明专利授权2项,实用新型专利授权7项。主研参与省级审定果树/油茶新品种6个。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项、四川省科技厅应用基础研究项目1项、市(县)校合作项目8项,合作单位主持四川省科技厅项目3项、主研国家自然科学基金面上项目2项。

科研团队简介
资源植物生物学研究及应用团队(负责人:丁春邦),团队核心成员4人。运用细胞遗传学、物种生物学、分子生物学和生物信息学等理论技术,深入开展西南地区特用植物资源的收集保存、遗传评价和种质筛选,发掘有价值的基因资源;开展天然产物的分离纯化、结构鉴定和生物活性评价,建立了细胞和线虫活性评价试验平台;开展油茶和油橄榄种质资源收集评价、品种选育、种苗繁育、高产栽培技术及产品研发,建成了国内资源最全的油茶和油橄榄种质资源圃。近5年,本团队获国家自然科学基金3项,其他国家级和部省级项目20项,总经费1250万元,获四川省科技进步一等奖、二等奖、三等奖各1项,发表论文125篇,其中SCI收录90余篇,审/认定新品种6个,推广应用面积达50万亩。
教学情况
现授《植物学》(生物类)、《植物组织培养》、《奥妙植物学》等课程的教学任务,以及“植物学野外实习”、“生物学综合实习”等教学实践环节。
