个人简介/Profile
2025年博士毕业于四川农业大学动物科技学院,丹麦奥胡斯大学数量遗传学与基因组学研究中心联合培养博士。以第一作者或共同第一作者在Genome Research、Molecular Ecology、BMC Genomics以及Poultry Science等杂志发表SCI论文7篇。长期从事禽类复杂性状遗传机制解析工作以及整合基因组学研究,擅长采用统计遗传学方法以及多组学数据整合,以识别候选基因并阐明禽类复杂性状形成背后的遗传调控机制。目前主要致力于解析遗传与环境(性别、细胞、发育阶段)互作效应对鸭遗传调控以及复杂性状的影响。
Graduated in 2025 from the College of Animal Science and Technology, Sichuan Agricultural University, with a jointly supervised Ph.D. at the Center for Quantitative Genetics and Genomics, Aarhus University, Denmark. Published seven SCI papers as first author or co-first author in journals including Genome Research, Molecular Ecology, BMC Genomics, and Poultry Science. Long-term research focuses on elucidating the genetic mechanisms of complex traits in poultry and integrative genomics, with expertise in employing statistical genetics approaches and multi-omics data integration to identify candidate genes and uncover the genetic regulatory mechanisms underlying complex traits in avian species. Currently, the research primarily focuses on investigating the effects of gene × environment interactions on genetic regulation and complex traits in ducks.
