团队简介:
大豆短缺严重威胁国家粮食安全,间套作(复合种植)是提高土地利用率、增加大豆产能的有效途径。复合种植系统中,荫蔽、霉变、虫害等非生物/生物胁迫并存,对大豆生长发育产生了诸多影响;大豆通过异黄酮、抗毒素、皂苷等次生代谢产物与生长素、油菜素甾醇、赤霉素、茉莉酸等内源激素互作响应环境信号,发挥防御、预警、耐逆等生态学功能。本研究团队针对复合种植大豆所处的特殊田间环境,采用分子生化、代谢生理等手段,揭示大豆产量品质形成的代谢调控机理,探讨其分子化学生态学意义。
团队研究成果在Plant,Cell & Environment、The Plant Journal、Journal of Integrative Agriculture等期刊发表学术论文100余篇(含ESI热点论文/高被引论文、封面论文4篇),荣获中国作物科技奖、四川省科技进步一等奖、全国大豆学术讨论会青年优秀论文奖等奖项。团队成员主持国家自然科学基金项目5项,国家重点研发、四川省重点研发、四川省杰出青年科技人才、留学人员科技活动项目择优资助等省部级科研项目10余项。
